Tea 106 – Preparation, Consumption & Health
This online course will also cover the health of tea: what are the health benefits, myths and facts. Taste and evaluate teas that are representative of each region.
Prerequisite: TEA 101
Note: Students are only permitted to enrol in 2 courses at the same time.

Length: Tea 106 is a six week course, with the suggestion that you designate approximately 3 hours each week to read, watch the video, complete the cupping and participate in online discussions. There will be a live tutorial held twice for you to participate in and ask questions.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Live Tutorial: September 24 & October 15 (12 – 12:30 EST & 7 – 7:30 EST)
Exam: Blind Cupping, Written exam (online), Live oral presentation (Skype) – October 22, 2018
