
Tea 107 – Menu Design, Food Pairing & Cooking
This online course explores the various nuances of using tea as an ingredient—cooking, baking, cocktails etc. In this course, you will understand the principals behind using tea beyond its traditional uses as well as how to pair tea with food and create the perfect tea menu.
Prerequisite: TEA 101
Note: Students are only permitted to enroll in 2 courses at the same time.

Length: Tea 107 is a six week course, with the suggestion that you designate approximately 3 hours each week to read, watch the video, complete the cupping and speak to the instructor. Each week you will be required to meet with the instructor online.

Live Tutorial: January 15 & February 5 (12:30 – 1 EST & 7:30- 8 EST)
Exam: Blind Cupping, Written exam (online), Live oral presentation (Skype) – February 12, 2018
