Tea Blending
This course will introduce you the art of tea blending. You’ll learn the importance of tasting ingredients, understanding why some blends work and others don’t. The course will wrap up with students creating their own blend and presenting it.

Teas One live 90 minute webinar with instructor Online learning platform – “Schoology” Videos explaining cupping/tasting |
Length: Tea Blending is a three week course, with the suggestion that you designate approximately 3 hours each week to read, watch the video, complete the cupping and speak to the instructor. The third week of class you will present your tea blend to your instructor.

Live Webinar: March 7, 2018 (7:00 – 8:30pm EST)
Exam: Present your blend live oral presentation (Skype) – March 14, 2018
