Tea 103 covers how we taste, what do we rely on, and what errors should we be aware of. The tea taster’s vocabulary will be covered as well as tastings of various products such as chocolate, water, etc., to identify and fully understand the science of taste.
Prerequisite: Tea 101

Application of tasting principals
Tea taster’s vocabulary
Effects of tea production on taste
The nuances of tea tasting
Cupping/Tasting
Tea 103 includes five lessons. You should plan to spend approximately 3 hours per lesson to read through course materials, watch lesson videos, and complete required tastings.
