This package price includes all 4 courses (+3 tea tasting kits) required for completion of the Foodservice Tea Specialist Program.

We’ve created this package to support tea students interested in taking the required courses for the Foodservice Tea Specialist Program.

You’ll receive all tea tasting kits in one shipment, and then take each course based on a session date that works best for your schedule – the exact same process as registering for each course separately.

Since Tea 101 is the prerequisite to all other courses, please review the upcoming session dates so you can get started!

FOODSERVICE TEA SPECIALIST

A Foodservice Tea Specialist is someone who has knowledge of tea and how to successfully talk about it and use it in a foodservice environment. They are qualified to communicate with customers about the different types of tea and make recommendations for tea and food pairing.

Tea 101 – Introduction to Tea (includes tea tasting kit)
Tea 104 – Tea Types (includes tea tasting kit)
Tea 107 – Menu Design, Food Pairing & Cooking with Tea (includes tea tasting kit)
HI 102 – Herbal Processing & Common Herbs in Tea

Successful program completion requires a minimum of 60% in all final exam elements (written, oral presentation, blind cupping).

Students who successfully pass all courses are then eligible to take the Final Certification Exam through the Tea & Herbal Association of Canada.
